Yes. We accept purchase orders (POs) from schools, colleges, universities, government institutions and other organizations.
There is no minimum order requirement for POs, however free UPS Ground shipping is only offered to POs that are a minimum of $100.00. Standard NET 30 days will generally apply to all purchase orders, however we reserve the right to apply pre-paid terms to any purchase order we may receive. Net 30 terms will not apply to international purchase order requests. Purchase orders from companies will only be accepted after a credit application is approved and valid credit references are provided. Purchase orders typically take 2-4 weeks to get processed and shipped. Include your email address with your PO if you wish to receive email confirmation of the PO shipment. Please note we do not accept partial shipments, cancellations of items on purchase orders or substitutions of items without a written request from purchaser authorizing such changes. All backordered items on partial shipments will be invoiced separately from original order. Free UPS Ground shipping will not apply for backordered items that are less than $100.00.
