The Princeton Review is the nation's most successful and fastest-growing test preparation organization. We prepare students for the PSAT, SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, LSAT, and MCAT.

There are several reasons for our phenomenal growth: we offer the best programs and have the best instructors. The Princeton Review approach involves a high degree of personal attention, focused instruction, and the most up-to-date materials, allowing our students to maximize their test scores.

We are looking for a small group of highly motivated, dynamic instructors to teach our MCAT courses in Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Teaching for The Princeton Review is a fun and rewarding endeavor; you can take pride in knowing that you will really make a difference in your students' scores and future educational goals. Most people enjoy and appreciate our approach to standardized tests. However, The Princeton Review is not for everyone: we have a dynamic and interactive method of teaching, with which you may or may not feel comfortable. We are interested in applicants who clearly meet our qualifications. We are happy to pay a competitive wage to attract such individuals.

What does it take to be a Princeton Review instructor?

Our courses combine an intensive in-class experience, taught by dynamic instructors who are experts in their fields, with the most up-to-date materials. Prior teaching experience is not required. You should:

  • Stellar MCAT scores or graduate level subject study
  • be an excellent standardized test-taker.
  • be comfortable in front of a group.
  • be able to control a small group.
  • be able to clearly communicate your ideas.
  • be able to involve everyone in the group.
  • be enthusiastic, dynamic and empathetic.
  • be a team player.
